ADAPTERS
Our DC adapter only supports the following models: FL-615-2 / FL-510-2 / FL-78-2. If this is not your model, please refer to your adapters specs, and check Amazon for a Universal Adapter.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We do not have a customer service number or email address. If you have a picture of your current mirror, or know what magnification you'd like, we can assist you with a mirror.
AMAZON and OTHER RETAILERS
If you have bought our products at a retailer and you are unhappy, we regret we cannot offer you a refund, but you may be able to get a replacement or refund from the retailer, depending on their returns policy. This is at the discretion of the individual retailer.
REPAIRS
We do not currently offer any mirror repair services. We are happy to assist you with finding a new mirror.
