ACCESSIBILITY
Overview
At Floxite®, we firmly believe that every customer, regardless of physical or mental disabilities, deserves to receive the same high-quality service as any other customer. Our commitment to the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity drives our efforts in delivering all goods and services to our customers.
Assistive Devices
Assistive devices are vital to people with disabilities, and we are dedicated to ensuring that they can access and benefit from our products and services. Although we do not provide assistive devices at our facilities, we welcome people with disabilities to use their equipment when accessing our goods and services.
Communication
We are committed to effectively communicating with individuals who have disabilities. To ensure that we can do so, we provide training to our staff on how to interact and communicate with people with different types of disabilities.
Service Animals and Support Persons
We also welcome individuals with disabilities who are accompanied by service animals or support persons. We are committed to providing adequate training to all staff, volunteers, and other personnel who interact with the public on how to effectively engage with people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or support person.
Notice of Temporary Disruption
In the event of a planned or unexpected disruption, we have established a policy to address disruptions to services or facilities for customers with disabilities. We will quickly notify customers and provide information about the reason for the disruption, the expected length of the disruption, and any alternative facilities or services available. We will use reasonable methods to communicate the disruption, such as posting notices in conspicuous locations or verbal notification to customers.
Training for Employees
To ensure that all employees, volunteers, and third-party agents who interact with the public on behalf of Floxite® are equipped to provide excellent customer service, we provide training on interacting and communicating with people with different disabilities. We keep a complete record of all training sessions, including the number of employees who attended and the dates of each session.
Feedback
Our policy is in place to ensure that we provide outstanding customer service to people with disabilities. We welcome feedback from our customers on how we can better serve this community. We consult with requesting individuals to ensure the selected format or communication support is suitable for their needs.
Modifications to the Policy
If any policies do not align with our values of upholding the respect and promotion of the dignity and independence of individuals with disabilities, we will review and make necessary modifications or remove them altogether.
Notice of Availability Documents
We offer accessible formats or communication supports to individuals with disabilities upon request at no extra cost, in a timely manner.
